Marshmallow Cake Cups

Take the pressure off making the perfect-looking cake by putting it in cups!

9 Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar
  • 5 tablespoon oil
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup water
  • Funky Mello marshmallow creme


Preheat the oven to 350F.

Line a square pan with parchment paper, leaving an inch over each side overhanging, for easy removal.

In a large mixing bowl, add your dry ingredients and mix well.

Add the vinegar, vanilla extract, oil, and water. Mix together, until fully combined.

Transfer your cake batter to the lined pan. Bake for 25-30 minutes.

Remove from the oven and let it cool for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.

Now for the fun part! Grab small sections of the cake and crumble into small mason jars - enough to fill 1/4 of the jar.

Add layer of marshmallow creme, then more cake, then more creme!

Top with something snazzy, like nuts or sprinkles, or just eat as is.
