S'mores Pie with Marshmallow Creme

This delightful dessert combines a crunchy graham cracker crust, velvety chocolate filling, and a perfectly toasted marshmallow creme for an irresistible plant-based twist on the classic s'mores experience.

For the Crust:

  • 1 1/2 cups vegan graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/3 cup melted coconut oil
  • 3 tablespoons maple syrup

For the Chocolate Filling:

  • 1 1/2 cups vegan chocolate chips
  • 1 cup canned coconut cream

For the Marshmallow Creme Topping:


  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C)
  2. In a bowl, mix together the graham cracker crumbs, melted coconut oil, and maple syrup until well combined.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a pie dish to form the crust.
  4. Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then let it cool completely.
  5. In a saucepan over low heat, melt the vegan chocolate chips and coconut cream together, stirring until smooth.
  6. Pour the chocolate filling mixture over the cooled graham cracker crust.
  7. Place the pie in the refrigerator and allow it to set for at least 2 hours or until the chocolate filling is firm.
  8. Once the chocolate filling has set, spread a generous layer of marshmallow creme over the top.
  9. For an authentic s'mores experience, use a kitchen torch to lightly brown the marshmallow creme. Alternatively, you can place the pie under the broiler for a brief moment, but keep a close eye to prevent burning.
  10. Return the pie to the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to set the marshmallow creme.
  11. Slice and serve chilled. Enjoy your indulgent Vegan S'mores Pie with a perfect marshmallowy topping!
