Whipped Dips: Vanilla, Hazelnut, Chai

Received notification order was shipped, tracking shows carrier never received, reached out to FM and received VERY delayed response that they would try to ship “next week” while they investigate. It’s been way too long of waiting and having no response. This is second order placed- first took FOREVER but I actually received it. Second order has not been received so I can only review the delayed service.

Our order ... first we waited months to get it, then when we received our order all of our containers were leaking all over everything in the box. We ordered the Dippsterz as well and the packages didn't seal and the cream was everywhere but in the package. So to sum it up nothing was usable,just one big waste of money! If I could do a negative star I would.

I’m still deciding whether I like this new product or not. It’s definitely very sweet and sticky! I only got my order recently so I haven’t even tasted all the flavors. But the shipping method definitely needs to change. Everything arrived completely warm and melted and had oozed out everywhere. I did get a reassuring, if somewhat vague, email from the company saying that it was safe to eat. I’m not going to be ordering it again, but I gave it three stars for effort.

I’d definitely purchase the whipped mellow again. They were a hit at our cookout spread over bowls of strawberries.

I would not purchase the individual snack packs again. They packaging and shipping needs a lot of change and improvement. Most of them arrived open, sticky and a melted mess and all went in the trash

My order arrived hot, spilled and opened. I had to throw away most of it as it was inedible. I contacted customer service 2 times and have not heard back. Very disappointing since I waited 3 months for this order to arrive.
