Cranberry Ambrosia with Marshmallow Creme

- 2 cups fresh cranberries, finely chopped
- 1 cup pineapple, diced
- 1 cup mandarin oranges, drained
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1 cup unsweetened coconut cream
- Funky Mello marshmallow creme
- Finely chop fresh cranberries, dice pineapple, drain mandarin oranges, and chop pecans.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped cranberries, diced pineapple, drained mandarin oranges, and shredded coconut.
- Gently toss the ingredients until well combined. Ensure an even distribution of fruits.
- Pour the coconut cream and marshmallow creme over the cranberry ambrosia mixture.
- Gently fold the creme mixture into the cranberry ambrosia until all ingredients are coated in the creme.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow flavors to meld and the ambrosia to chill.
