Fruit Spring Rolls
Discover a delightful twist on traditional spring rolls by incorporating juicy fruits, bringing a burst of vibrant flavors to your palate!
Ingredients
- 1 container of Funky Mello marshmallow creme. (We used Vanilla but you can use any flavor!)
- 1 cup strawberries, sliced in quarters
- 1 mango (sliced in cubes or slices)
- 1 peach (sliced in cubes or slices)
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1/2 cup raspberries
- 8 sheets of Vietnamese rice paper
- Fresh mint leaves
Instructions
- Slice your favorite fruits into thin, fine slices.
- Fill a shallow bowl with water and dip the rice papers, ensuring they become moderately wet on both sides. Avoid over-soaking to maintain a desirable texture.
- Once the rice papers are soaked, place the sliced fruits onto them, creating a flavorful filling. Roll the rice papers, similar to a burrito, ensuring to fold in the sides.
- For an extra touch of sweetness, add a dollop of vanilla Funky Mello marshmallow creme inside the roll or serve it on the side for dipping.
- Present your delicious fruit spring rolls and savor every bite!
