Granola Butter Cups

Elevate Your Snack Game with these delicious Granola Butter Cups made by @micheles_granola - Nutty, Gooey, and Perfectly Decadent.

Ingredients:

  • Any Chocolate of Choice (amount depends on the number of cups; suggested measurement: about 1 cup or 200g)
  • Michele's Oat & Nut Butter (about 1 teaspoon per cup)
  • Funky Mello Vanilla Marshmallow creme (about 1 teaspoon per cup)
  • Cashews or nuts of your choice (1 per cup)

Instructions:

  1. Gently melt the chocolate using a double boiler, stirring regularly. Alternatively, place the chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl and melt it in 30-second intervals, stirring well to avoid burning.
  2. Using a silicon mold, place around a teaspoon of chocolate into the base of each cup and allow it to slightly cool, approximately 10-15 minutes. Spread the chocolate along the sides of the mold using an offset spatula or butter knife.
  3. Next, place about a teaspoon of Michele's Oat & Nut Butter into each cup.
  4. Add roughly a teaspoon of Funky Mello Vanilla Marshmallow creme into each cup.
  5. Introduce a cashew or your chosen nut into each cup.
  6. Pour more melted chocolate on top to fill the mold.
  7. Put the cups in the refrigerator or freezer until they solidify, usually about 30 minutes, and they're ready to be enjoyed!
  8. Take out the final treats from the mold, and store these chocolates in an airtight container in the refrigerator or freezer.
