Granola Butter Cups
Elevate Your Snack Game with these delicious Granola Butter Cups made by @micheles_granola - Nutty, Gooey, and Perfectly Decadent.
Ingredients:
- Any Chocolate of Choice (amount depends on the number of cups; suggested measurement: about 1 cup or 200g)
- Michele's Oat & Nut Butter (about 1 teaspoon per cup)
- Funky Mello Vanilla Marshmallow creme (about 1 teaspoon per cup)
- Cashews or nuts of your choice (1 per cup)
Instructions:
- Gently melt the chocolate using a double boiler, stirring regularly. Alternatively, place the chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl and melt it in 30-second intervals, stirring well to avoid burning.
- Using a silicon mold, place around a teaspoon of chocolate into the base of each cup and allow it to slightly cool, approximately 10-15 minutes. Spread the chocolate along the sides of the mold using an offset spatula or butter knife.
- Next, place about a teaspoon of Michele's Oat & Nut Butter into each cup.
- Add roughly a teaspoon of Funky Mello Vanilla Marshmallow creme into each cup.
- Introduce a cashew or your chosen nut into each cup.
- Pour more melted chocolate on top to fill the mold.
- Put the cups in the refrigerator or freezer until they solidify, usually about 30 minutes, and they're ready to be enjoyed!
- Take out the final treats from the mold, and store these chocolates in an airtight container in the refrigerator or freezer.
