Peppermint Marshmallow Creme Hot Chocolate

Ingredients:

• 4 cups plant-based milk (almond, soy, or oat)
• 1/3 cup cocoa powder
• 1/2 cup sugar (or substitute with half of a tub cup of marshmallow creme)
• 1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract
• Funky Mello vanilla marshmallow creme for topping

Instructions:

1. In a saucepan, whisk together plant-based milk  cocoa powder, and sugar over medium heat until well combined and warmed.
2. Stir in peppermint extract.
3. Pour into mugs and top each with a dollop of marshmallow creme. Use a kitchen torch to lightly toast the marshmallow creme for extra flavor.
